Greengate I & II

For Greengate I, Greengate Northpark approached us to design a building for a major company that was relocating to LA. The tenant wished to remain anonymous until the press conference. It was also made know to use that the company believed strongly in the principles of Indian Feng Shui, and any building not adhering to these principles would be rejected.

Greengate II begin design eight months after the completion of Greengate I. Both buildings were designed and permitted as shells, and each tenant space was designed and permitted separately in order to accommodate the fast track construction.
