Zen-Noh Grain

A particular aspect of this building that was extremely important was the ability to house a large server fam, and the ability for certain areas of the building to function 24/7 without utilizing the entire building.  Zen-noh Grain deals with several overseas companies, so many employees need to work in the middle of the night local time.  By designing the lighting and mechanical systems to function in specific zones, the building is able to function properly for the exact use as designed without the company paying to cool and power zones of the building that are not in use.
